Your mission drives the work. My strategy helps keep it running.

Sustainable systems for human-centered group practices.

As a group practice owner, you wear a lot of hats (which comes with a lot of to-do lists).

You need help, but you don’t have the budget to hire someone full-time.

That’s where I come in.

Whether it’s assessing company policies, revamping your systems, or taking tasks off your plate,
I’ve got your back.

Your Practice Partner &
CEO of Getting Shit Done

Pouring my heart into things is sorta my vibe.

I’ve been running my own private practice since 2018, and in that time I’ve worn a lot of hats. One thing has stayed the same through it all - I care a lot about a lot of things. Making sure things stay tidy on the backend, managing my caseload, and paying the bills on time (and myself!) - I know what it’s like to juggle it all.

After years of working in anti-oppressive care spaces as a dietitian, I followed my heart and decided to focus solely on supporting clinicians and owners like you grow their badass businesses. If you’re looking for someone who just *gets it* when it comes to running a values-based business and can confidently step into your practice, I might be your guy.

You can read more about me here and about the other leg of my private practice here.

You wouldn’t trust just anyone with
your business.
And you shouldn’t!

I want to learn the pulse of your business
so I can step in without stepping all over.

FAQs

  • We will plan to meet with some kind of regularity, which will change depending on what you need help with. If things really need some TLC, we might meet weekly for awhile and taper off as things cool down.

If I’m helping manage your leave, I like to plan a check-in within the first few weeks if possible to give you assurance. We would also plan to check-in as you transition back to work. Otherwise, we can plan for updates or check-ins as needed.

  • Annoying answer: it depends! Each project timeline can vary depending on what you need. Many systems-based projects can take around 6 months, and covering a leave will include a bit of buffer time before and after. For example, if you go on a 4-month leave we would most likely train me in your practice for a few weeks beforehand and give you a few weeks to settle back in as I transition out.

Once we’ve had a chance to discuss your business needs I’ll be able to give you a much clearer picture of anticipated timeline, and we’ll check in throughout the process to gauge if we need more or less time.

  • Another annoying answer: it depends! Most projects will cost between $2-5k/month and the average timeline is around 6 months. Once we’ve had a chance to talk and assess what you need I can give you a much clearer estimate, and I promise to be transparent about costs the whole way through.

  • Most of my work is done virtually, but if you have in-person needs we can discuss allocating for travel expenses and per diem needs, in addition to my regular fees for service. Once we’ve had a chance to talk and assess what you need I can give you a much clearer estimate, and I promise to be transparent about costs the whole way through.
